Topgolf Dubai Named ‘Best Entertainment Venue’ at the 2025 What’s On Nightlife Awards
Fourth consecutive win cements Topgolf Dubai’s position as the benchmark for social entertainment and hospitality in the UAE.
Thursday 30th October 2025; Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Topgolf Dubai has once again reaffirmed its position as one of the city’s leading destinations for leisure and entertainment, being named Best Entertainment Venue in Dubai for the fourth consecutive year at the 2025 What’s On Nightlife Awards in Association with Virgin Radio.
Held on 29 October 2025, the annual What’s On Nightlife Awards celebrates the very best of Dubai’s nightlife and hospitality scene, recognising the venues and experiences that continue to shape the city’s world-class entertainment landscape. Featuring over 28 categories, the event brings together industry leaders and innovators for an evening dedicated to excellence and creativity.
Since opening in January 2021, Topgolf Dubai has set the benchmark for social entertainment in Dubai, combining sport, dining, and hospitality in an interactive environment unlike any other in the region. Spanning over 60,000 square feet across three levels, the venue features 96 climate-controlled hitting bays, multiple restaurants and bars, private event spaces, and panoramic views of the Dubai Marina skyline.
Over just four years, Topgolf Dubai has demonstrated extraordinary growth and global recognition. What began with 9.9 million golf balls hit in its opening year has grown to over 22.6 million in 2024, marking a 128% increase since launch and securing its place as the second most-hit Topgolf venue in the world, behind only Las Vegas. The venue’s steady climb, from third globally in 2023 to second in 2024, reflects its remarkable trajectory, fuelled by consistent innovation and an unmatched guest experience. Reaching almost one million total visits in 2024, Topgolf Dubai continues to stand out as one of the UAE’s most-visited entertainment destinations.
According to Mike Walton, Director of Operations at Topgolf Dubai, the recognition highlights both the team’s commitment and the venue’s continued focus on innovation. The venue’s much-loved gastropub, Toad in the Hole, was also highly commended in the Best Pub category, further underscoring the venue’s holistic approach to leisure and entertainment.
Toad in the Hole has become a firm favourite since opening in 2023, known for its relaxed British charm and signature dishes, including its celebrated Sunday Roast curated by Chef James Hitchens, Executive Chef at Topgolf Dubai and winner of Best Chef in the British Cuisine category at the Pro Chef & Hospitality Awards 2025. Chef Hitchens noted that: “The food here is such a big part of the experience. We want people to feel the same excitement from the menu as they do from the game.
