I first qualified as a Gym Instructor in 2014, and have been working in the Fitness world ever since, adding qualifications in personal training, biomechanics, pre and post-natal training, Aquafit, Spinning & Perimenopause.

I specialize in weight loss and helping people of any age get into shape, and I’m on a mission to make people move more, move better, and be pain free for as long as they possibly can. As well as expert training, I will help you to make healthier eating choices, change your day to day habits and make fitness part of your lifestyle.
