Terms & Conditions
- Viya Padel reserves the right to disqualify a team or player if they are not within the level they have registered at. We will follow a Level structure system.
- Registered pairs are requested to register at the Registration desk 15 minutes prior to commencing selected tournament. Players must be present 10 minutes prior to the start of each game scheduled for them, otherwise match may be forfeited.

Registration & Cancellation Policy
- To secure your pairs registration to your selected event, one member of the team is required to pay tournament fees at least 48 hours prior to day of tournament.
- Cancellation for any selected tournament is required up to 48 hours in advance. Registration fees are not exchangeable or refundable after this period.
- No refund once the tournament has started.
