- Entry to any part of the club must be via the main clubhouse entrance only. All Pool users will have their temperature checked and be issued with a ticket to show the lifeguard upon entering pool area. Those with temperature readings on or above 38 degrees Celsius will not be admitted.
- At Jumeirah Golf Estates, entry must be made via country club reception.
- Following the above, users should show ticket to Lifeguard team in order to gain entry to pool area. Areas will be monitored and regular checks will be carried out to ensure that all users have been temperature checked and have ticket proving so.
- Entry to the Swimming Pool will be first come first served, no bookings are available.
- Members should note that towels will not be available. You are required to bring your own towel and place on the lounger to prevent absorption of any sweat into the lounger material.
- Users are required to shower (poolside shower only) before and after using the pool.
- Visitors are asked to avoid socializing with people outside of their own group, and no physical contact between swimmers is allowed. 2m social distance rule applies at all times
- Pool bar is closed and F&B is available in designated areas. At Emirates Golf Club, seating in pool around bar should not be used.
- Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility and around the pool. Users of the facility are also encouraged to bring their own
- If you have a temperature, please stay safe and stay home. Do not come to the facility
- Card payments are requested where necessary to reduce touch points. Limited cash will be kept at payment points.
- Lifeguards are there for your safety. Please listen and adhere to the rules and regulations in place.
- Users who endanger others safety and wellbeing by refusing to comply with guidelines should not be allowed in the premises after repeated warning to stay in the pool or swimming pool area.
Please note that additional regulations may be in place and will be communicated if required.
