Carine Celebrates Emirati Women’s Day
The award-winning, French-Mediterranean restaurant will be serving exceptional dishes and launching a new refreshing mocktail menu to celebrate Emirati Women’s Day.
Carine welcomes guests to honor the remarkable women in their lives with a beautiful and indulgent meal. Alongside the usual menu, Carine will be offering a special menu of exceptional dishes and nourishing mocktails to mark this special day.
Exclusively for Emirati Women’s Day, Carine will treat guests to a selection of delectable specials that include; Crab and Prawn Croquettes with Tartare Sauce, Asparagus Risotto, Confit Duck Leg with Caramelized Endives & Ratte Potatoes and Slow-cooked Veal Ribs with Bordelaise Sauce & Pistachio. To end things on a sweet note, diners must try the new irresistible and indulgent Sticky Toffee Pudding, a luscious sponge cake smothered in toffee sauce.
A refreshing celebration, Carine has created a new menu of mocktails, options include the Energisante, a drink aimed at boosting overall wellness and immunity with nourishing ingredients such as carrot, apple, orange and ginger. The Green Detox, packed with goodness, nutrient-dense and fibrous vegetables - is perfect for those looking to cleanse; and lastly, Carine can whip-up a delicious, antioxidant-rich Vegan Smoothie made with berries, soya milk and drizzle of honey.
Open for breakfast and lunch, and dinner, guests can celebrate Emirati Women’s Day at Carine with their loved ones and dine in the beautifully enclosed terrace overlooking the magnificent golf course, or sit indoors and enjoy the sophisticated, light, chic interiors that depict the charm of Northern France.
