Jones the Grocer at Emirates Golf Club is offering its guests the chance to be the hit of summer barbeques, with their master classes that spill the secrets behind their sumptuous signature Wagyu Burger.

Chef Dayan Anthony will oversee the progress of small groups of amateurs, who can try their hand at mincing fresh beef, making flavour packed marinades for the wagyu and smoking the beef bacon. They will also be walked through assembling the succulent meats, cheddar and brioche bun, to re-create the aesthetic appeal of the eye-catching burger, served with bois bourdon sauce.

The experience is an all-inclusive event, with welcome drinks awaiting future chefs before the class, which is to be followed by a range of desserts, tea and coffee. Guests will not only be leaving with a new repertoire of skills and a recipe card, but will also be provided with a branded apron, that they can break out at the next dinner party, alongside their recreation of the Jones’ favourite.
