Andy runs Dubai Golf's Fit Lab facilities at both Emirates Golf Club and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.  With 15 years of experience in the leisure industry, 11 of those years based in the UAE, Andy is a successful Fitness and Squash professional whose experience is second to none. 

With a Sports Science degree and having attended the Paul Chek Institute in both the UK and USA, Andy offers Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) programmes to both members and guests.Fitness Manager

Alan has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He is a C.H.E.K level 1 practitioner and has studied with the Gray Institute.

Alan specialises in sports performance (golf) and has worked with European Tour Professionals, Elite College players and Ladies European Tour professionals specialising in injury prevention and rehibilitation, long driving and improved ball striking through improced muslce recruitment.

Alan Has spend many years studying Nutrition through many different institutes and universities, he specialises in fat loss, Sleep & stress issues, Digestive issues, and increasing energy levels.

Through improvising flexibility & mobility as well as correcting muscular and structural imbalances, the body is then free to be retrained to move in the way it was intended. This leads to an elimination of aches, pains and injuries, and paves the way to strength key postural muscles for strong and pain free body.

Personal Trainer

Michael graduated from the University of Central Lancashire, acquiring a BSc (Hons) in Personal Fitness Training, with REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer accreditation. His particular focus is sports performance and development, and also enjoys developing health related fitness. With 3 years personal training experience in Dubai, he understands how to help individuals achieve a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Michael offers training for weight loss, fitness training for sports or general well-being, strength and conditioning, boxing and Muay Thai, as well as circuit training.


Nicky Harradine headshotNicky Harradine
Squash Coach and Personal Trainer

Nikky has been coaching and training juniors, teenagers, ladies and men for the past twenty years in the UAE. She represented the National Team of Cyprus, her mother's country for six years, winning gold and silver medals. She was captain and player in the men's League (2nd division) for fifteen years in Dubai producing winning teams. Nikky is the founder of the Dubai Ladies Squash league and continues to run it to date.

She has taken many courses in fitness, speed, power, agility and functional & mobility training and has been running fitness bootcamps since 2005. In 2012, Nikky became a group exercise instructor. Nikky has the knowledge and experience to give you an all round physical work out whatever it may be! 


ElianeEliane Gitani 
Personal Trainer

Eliane graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness with a Cert III and IV in Fitness (REPS7728 Level 3), is a qualified pre and post natal personal trainer, cycling instructor and has worked closely with physios on rehab and injury prevention. Elaine is fluent in four languages (English, French, Arabic and Spanish) and she can help you achieve your goal by making it fun and functional!
