Michael graduated from the University of Central Lancashire, acquiring a BSc (Hons) in Personal Fitness Training, with REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer accreditation. His particular focus is sports performance and development, and also enjoys developing health related fitness. With 3 years personal training experience in Dubai, he understands how to help individuals achieve a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Michael offers training for weight loss, fitness training for sports or general well-being, strength and conditioning, boxing and Muay Thai, as well as circuit training.
