Fitness Classes

Fit Lab boasts a brand new fitness studio where a number of highly qualified fitness instructors have been handpicked and employed to provide you with the very best in fitness training. Classes are also held outside on the lush areas surrounding the golf course.

Classes and personal training sessions can be booked on an individual basis or as a package of 10 classes with special rates.

Zumba Small

Bharat Thakur's Artistic Yoga

The brainchild of Himalayan Yogi Bharat Thakur, Artistic Yoga is complete workout that targets all aspects of fitness including strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, coordinative ability and balance. Classes include breathing techniques, high intensity cardio, strength training, stretches and body part training.

Personal training and yoga for golf are also available.

Pilates Reformer, Piloga

Piloga is known to break tradition by having the most innovative and high quality fitness and yoga classes in Dubai. We believe in movement, and letting our guests achieve their goals at a realistic pace.  Our goal is to have our guests leave smiling after a class. Piloga's motto describes how we want our guest to feel after leaving a class; "Walk and inch taller". This means you walk the walk; leaving our studio and classes with your own swagger and with tight, toned and stretched muscles. 

In small groups of 6, students receive personalized attention while being lead through a workout designed to challenge endurance, flexibility and overall strength. This class is designed to work the deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, butt, arms and back significantly.
