Max -GMax Grenard
Culinary Director

Chef Max Grenard is the Culinary Director of wasl hospitality, where he is responsible for many hotels in Dubai including The Westin Dubai, Park Hyatt Dubai, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, Le Meridien Dubai Airport. His key roles include: 

- Hotel Food and Beverage Optimization wasl Hospitality (Asset Management)
- Development Opportunities  wasl Hospitality (Development/Creation)
- Food and Beverage Operation Dubai Golf  for wasl Hospitality 

Prior to this he was Culinary Director for the entire Dubai Golf F&B portfolio, which includes the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and the prestigious Emirates Golf Club. Collectively the properties house eight separate outlets including casual and fine dining concepts. 

Grenard has 18 years experience in the industry, having been an Executive Chef for the last 10. He is a young, creative and experienced French National, who worked for the InterContinental group for 8 years including Malta, Holiday Inn Lido China Beijing, Hotel Nouvata Parkroyal, New Caledonia Nouméa and Okoumé Palace InterContinental Libreville Gabon, Central Africa.

A graduate from I-M-D-I in Nice France, Chef Grenard left school at 15 to start cooking. He has since worked all over the world, including many Michelin-starred restaurants and 5* hotels in St Domingo, Hamburg, Balearics, Warsaw, London, Geneva and many more in France.
