  
Le Classique
Le Classique will cease operation until October 2010 whilst the Clubhouse undergoes extensive renovations and refurbishment. A spike bar and restaurant will be operational in the temporary clubhouse, located in the hospitality chalets on the 9th/18th greens, for the duration of the renovations.
Le Classique has garnered numerous accolades over its 21-year history, including being the What’s On Chef’s Choice Restaurant Winner in 2004, 2007 and 2009, and a finalist on three other occasions. Chef Francois Porte's genius was recognized in 2003 when he was awarded Restaurant Chef of the Year by Grumpy Gourmet.
In 2008, Le Classique underwent an extensive refurbishment and shortly thereafter unveiled a contemporary and chic offering that continues to honour its classical French cuisine theme with timeless flair.
“It has been a love affair, which has transcended my affection for preparing fine French cuisine, and is really all about the connection with the people, both our team members and most importantly our dedicated clientele,” stated Chef Francois.
Chef Francois has three words that he would like someone to use when describing his dishes. Sensational. Balanced. Consistent. However, he is not averse to proudly promoting Le Classique’s good value for money in comparison to most restaurants in Dubai. With most diners currently looking for wallet-friendly establishments, four courses from Le Classique’s degustation menu can be enjoyed for as little as AED250, offering guests a choice of starters, intermediaries, main courses and desserts.
“We have built Le Classique’s reputation over many years as an icon for the city of Dubai. We have upheld the original concept and tradition, but moved into the 21st century in terms of our interiors with the re-launch.
