HEAD CHEF - FB
01
Role:
Plan and manage the resources and operations of the Food &
Beverage and Kitchen department to achieve customer satisfaction
and quality of service while meeting/exceeding company goals.
You will be responsible short and long term planning and the
management of the food & beverage operations.
Requirements:
• Kitchen Management Degree/Diploma
• 2 - 3 years' food & beverage management experience in a
five-star hotel or similar quality international establishment.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE MANAGER - FB 02
Role:
Responsible for the delivery and management of all food &
beverage services, working with the staff to provide friendly and
quality services to our guests and members.
Requirements:
• 5 - 6 years' food & beverage operational experience,
displaying a steady career growth through the ranks of F&B,
including restaurant, bar and banqueting.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR - FB 03
Role:
Manage, supervise and organise the daily operation of the outlet,
to provide an efficient service to guests.
Requirements:
• Secondary School Qualification with previous experience in a
similar position or National Hospitality Institute food services
qualification or similar, with minimum 1 year at supervision
level.
RECEPTIONIST - FB 04
Role:
Maximise efficiency in customer relations
Requirements:
• Secondary School Qualification with experience in hotel, airline
or travel agency reception and reservation, or reception
qualification from the National Hotel Institute or similar.
WAITERS/WAITRESSES - FB 05
BEVERAGE SERVICE - FB 06
Role:
Provide an efficient and professional food & beverage
service
Requirements:
• Secondary School Qualification with previous experience as a
waiter or waitress and beverage service or qualification from the
National Hospitality Institute or similar.
CHEF DE PARTI - FB 07
DEMI CHEF DE PARTI - FB 08
COMMIS CHEF - FB 09
Role:
To work in the kitchen of a 90 or more seats restaurant, providing
breakfast, lunch, dinner and banqueting.
Requirements:
• Secondary School Qualification with previous experience in a
similar position or National Hospitality Institute or similar
qualification and the required experience in the kitchen position
applied for.
CHIEF STEWARD - FB 10
Role:
To be responsible for stewarding and hygiene for all areas of food
& beverage operations>
Requirements:
• Secondary School Qualification with previous experience as
assistant or chief steward, knowledge of HACCP will be an
advantage.
