Stephen comes from Glasgow in Scotland. He started playing golf
when he was only five years old and became a member of Caldwell
Golf Club at the age of eight. He enjoyed a good amateur career,
winning representative honors at junior national level before
moving on to perform well in senior county golf. He joined the
professional ranks in October 2002 with a handicap of +1 and began
his PGA training at the popular Eastwood Golf Club just south of
Glasgow. This busy members club was the ideal place for Stephen to
enhance his coaching skills and most of his time was spent working
on developing junior golf in the area. In 2004, he became Head
Coach to Renfrewshire county under-18 squad and in 2005 graduated
from the PGA training academy.
Stephen began coaching at Dubai Creek in 2006 and quickly built

their golf and increase their enjoyment of the game.
George Kasparis
PGA Professional

Having spent the first ten years of his life in Cyprus, George
knew golf only as a strange sport played exclusively by expatriates
and soldiers within the secured areas of the British Military
bases. After moving to Scotland, he discovered that golf was in
fact a pastime of youngsters. It was not long before George
discovered Caldwell Golf Club, his local course, where he played
competitively until the age of eighteen.
George's professional career then started at Ranfurly Castle
Golf Club where he remained for one year before moving to the busy
seaside course and Open qualifying venue of Kilmarnock (Barassie)
Golf Club. It was here that George developed his teaching skills,
providing lessons to golfers of all levels.
From the west coast of Scotland, George moved back to Cyprus
where he was heavily involved in junior development, affiliated to
the Golf Federation of Cyprus. His experience of teaching in the
Mediterranean climates was to prove useful for his next move.
Now settled in Dubai as one of Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht
Club's fine team of teaching professionals, George takes
responsibility of running the Junior Development Programs as well
as maintaining a busy teaching schedule with members and visitors
alike.
