Dong Kyon-Lee's Best Grip Tip

For your wrists to hinge properly in the swing and create power, it's vital to hold the club correctly. Try this: hold the wrong end of the club in your weaker hand (left for righthanders) and swish it up and down as if you're cracking a whip. Now open your palm and see where the club is sitting. It will be running right along the base of your finger line. This is where you want to take your lefthand grip - not in the palm of your hand. The grip should run down the line of your fingers and your thumb should rest just right of centre when you close your hand. Try it.
