ISO Certification
In September 2005, Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification, verifying that a Quality Management System (QMS) is now in place for the provision of golfing facilities, club membership, food & beverage services, health club & gymnasium, and management of entertainment & leisure events within the Club premises.
The award of this internationally recognised standard indicates that Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club’s QMS has been certified against a best practice standard and found to be compliant. “To be the first golf club in the region, to our knowledge, to gain ISO certification is a tribute to the management and staff of Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, whose dedication to continuous improvement is reflected in the award of the ISO accreditation”, said Managing Director, Rod Bogg.
